Moderation: Website owners using our platform have full control over comment moderation on their sites. We provide tools but do not moderate content on behalf of website owners unless required by law.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws, or that we determine is harmful to our platform or users.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OmniComments, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or other reasons at our discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.
